  A friend of mine gave me a bad review of monicals in Gibson city but I decided to go ahead and try it out for myself. My daughter and I went there on Tuesday September 8th at 415pm. There was two employees working one being the supervisor. He himself ignored us when we walked in and after I half as jokingly told the other guy we wanted to eat in he sat us and said he be back in a minute never to return. The manager finally came out and said to us when you want to order I'll be at the counter. At 427 we went up place out order of almost 33 dollars for the two of us. Got our drinks after a few minutes. Then the appetizer we ordered. No employee ever came out to see if we were doing OK or needed refill. Finally at 510 this manager guys brings out the calzones we ordered. Totally burned black on the edges and dark brown in the middle. As I complained to the manager about the burnt food he said I'll have him make you some new ones at which time he informed me that was the second set that the cook had burned for us. I demanded my money back and left the store. If I could rate this place with half a star I would. The only good thing about that place was the sweet tea. You couldn't pay me to return!!!!!

  I love the pizza at this store, Only thing is that on their website they fail to state they don't deliver outside of gibson city on weekends then i call to order a pizza and they say they stopped all together outside of town deliver witch is very disappointing. Wish they knew how to update websites that way people ordering can see they don't go anywhere but in town. How dont you deliver on weekends when that would be busiest time of the week doesn't make any sense.
